3 ways to clock in, you choose
Built for offices, remote work, and field work.
Web app with GPS
The employee opens YouWhole on their phone and clocks in. GPS location is automatically logged for field work or remote work.
QR code in the office
Print a QR code at the office entrance. Employees scan it with their phone to clock in and out — nothing else to touch.
Manual entry
The admin can log hours manually for employees without a smartphone, or to correct erroneous entries.

YouWhole's time tracking isn't an isolated module. It connects to payroll, projects, and invoicing.

Logged hours feed directly into payroll calculations. Overtime is calculated automatically.
Hours → Projects
Assign worked hours to projects to calculate profitability and bill time to clients.
Hours → Reports
Export time records by employee, project, or date. Valid for labor inspections.
Incident alerts
Automatic notification when an employee hasn't clocked in, or when there's unauthorized overtime.
